PEOPLE AND CULTURE MANAGER

An original Cantabrian born and bred, Natasha joins Truescape as the new People and Culture Manager. \\She joins us with a wealth of experience and is responsible for providing generalist human resources and health & safety support. When at work, she enjoys ‘adding real value to the business, contributing to building company culture, continuous learning opportunities, problem solving and strategic thinking, but what I particularly enjoy is the interaction with people’.

Natasha has a real passion for travel, having spent time in living and working in both London and Sydney. Nowadays, her family life keeps her pretty busy, and when she’s not enjoying a Zumba class, she often finds herself as a taxi driver for her three boys sports and weekend activities.
