This newly created role will report to the Sales Director and work closely with the leadership team. The Marketing Manager will initially be responsible for defining, developing and delivering a marketing plan for the business and deploying the plan to an offshore market.
Along with development and delivery of the marketing strategy there will be a requirement for this person to roll up their sleeves and deliver practical marketing initiatives and solutions that have a genuine impact on customer engagement.
Skills & experience:
The successful applicant will have at least 5 years’ marketing experience gained in B2B organisations with International reach. They will also have a proven track record in customer research, digital marketing, delivering online campaigns, understanding and interpreting customer needs and responding with effective strategies to retain and grow business within customers and industries.
An intuitive understanding of LinkedIn with emphasis on deploying targeted marketing campaigns would be highly advantageous to this role.
